John Goga
John is the broker and owner of RedRock Real Estate located in Temecula, CA and has over 25 years of real estate and mortgage banking experience. Prior to RedRock, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Real Estate First, Inc., a large southern California real estate company, managing 25+ agents and overseeing the REO division for the company.
Prior to Real Estate First, John served as the Regional Vice President of Sales for BNC Mortgage (Lehman Brothers) where he and his team achieved sales in excess of $1 billion dollars per year with over 50 direct reports.
John also served as Acquisition’s Manager for AMRESCO, a large national bulk loan acquisitions firm. He also held various real estate and mortgage-related positions with Century 21, RealEstate.com, PMAC, Prime Financial, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Bank.
John is an extremely dedicated real estate professional with a “clients-first” attitude, maintaining customer's interest at the forefront of every transaction. John attended Westminster College in western Pennsylvania where he graduated in 1984 with a degree in Economics and minors in Statistics and Computer Science.
He extended his studies at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) by completing the coveted “Real Estate Development and Growth” program with honors.

Cory Goga
Cory Goga is a young and energetic Realtor covering all of Butte and Glenn counties. He grew up around the real estate and mortgage industry, as his father John Goga is the owner/broker of RedRock located in Temecula, CA.
Cory is now bringing RedRock’s excellent service and client first approach to Northern California. .
Cory has spent much of his adult life working in education. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, in addition to a California Teaching Credential. Through his time in public education, Cory learned clear and intentional communication, how to use planning and structure to maximize success, and how to tune in to the needs of others.
As a Realtor he brings all of these skills and more to create an excellent client experience. Cory has been recognized as a Who’s Who of Professionals and is respected in his local community for his contributions. He is a member of NAR, CAR, and Sierra North Valley Association of Realtors.
